Finals Day - Timings

Please note the following times for finals day:

• The clubhouse opens at 7.30am for Competitors, caddies and supporters. Please aim to be there at this time as:
  
• We need to submit our team list by 8am and will need to be sure that everyone is present.
• The 14 morning semi-finals will start at 8.30am at 8 minute intervals. The two semi-finals will be teeing off alternately. Players should be on the first tee at least 10 minutes before they are due to tee off.
• Referees and Marshalls will be on the course - if there is a dispute you should stop and call through the game behind, contact a Referee directly or ask a marshal to contact a referee.
• All players should return to the clubhouse when their game is completed. Team members must not remain on the course.
• The afternoon final will start at 1.30pm and again will be teeing off at 8 minute intervals. Again you should leave the course as soon as your game is completed and once a clear match result has been reached unfinished matches may be called in.
  
• The presentation of the trophy and runner's up prizes will take place immediately the final is over.

Please make sure you comply with these timings so that we do not have any difficulties on the day.
