Lucky not to get rained on yesterday, although they have had a lot of rain as there were big puddles in many bunkers - I managed to go in a few! Lost two balls in wet bunkers because it was so deep I could not retrieve the ball.... If you can't drop in a bunker you have to drop outside with a penalty shot. Found Debbie's tips very useful. Please be aware that the old stroke savers are not entirely accurate, some yardages have changed slightly and the 18th is now a par 4 (not 5) although this will not affect anything in match play.
Overall a very enjoyable day, Rena may want a lift with someone else next week as she wasn't keen on my chicane driving!!!!
Chart Hills beat Parkwood at home 6-1.
